BLOW.MOD2: program for a vessel depressurization calculation with the contribution of structures

Description

The BLOW.MOD2 program developed to calculate pressure vessels' depressurization is presented, considering heat contribution of the structures. The results are opposite to those obtained from other more complex numerical models, being the comparison extremely satisfactory. BLOW.MOD2 is a software of the 'Systems Sub-Branch', INVAP S.E. Abstract (Spanish)

En este trabajo se presenta el programa BLOW.MOD2 desarrollado para calcular la despresurizacion de recipientes a presion, dados un area de pasaje y su ubicacion, considerando el aporte de calor de las estructuras. Los resultados se contrastaron con los obtenidos con otro modelo numerico mas complejo, siendo la comparacion sumamente satisfactoria.
