Description
Consideration is being given to relationship of phenomena, observed in an apex of a force line at GEOS-1 and GEOS-2 Europian satellites and on the Earth surface and at ionsphere altitudes in the region of the force line projection. Such simultaneous observations enabled to obtain quantitative estimations of many phenomena - both earlier known and newly discovered. The paper deals with the following problems: peculiarities of generation and propagation of ion cyclotron waves in multicomponent plasma, quasilinear interaction of VZF-hiss and energetic electrons, cold plasma distribution in equatorial plane of plasmasphere and its connection with the global magnetospheric convection, the presence of small-scale structure of longitudinal electric currents
