X-ray diffraction study of Pb(Tisub(x)Zrsub(1-x))Osub(3) system at x=0.04-0.08
Description
Structural investigations were made in solid solutions of Pb(Tisub(x)Zrsub(1-x))Osub(3) system with the Ti content from 4 to 8 at.%. The dependence of lattice parameters and phase volumes on x concentration was established. The area of two-phase compounds was discovered. The analytic description was made of obtained experimental dependence of the percentage content of the rhombohedral phase within the scope of Landau-Ginzburg-Devonshire thermodynamics
