The third petroleum shock announced here is linked to three factors: the first one is the geological one, with the overstepping of the Hubert peak and the petroleum depletion. The second one is an economic one coming from the excess of demand face to the supply leading to an increase of prices, the third one is geopolitical one. The Hubert peak is forecasted for 2010.
