The electrical calibration of a new style silicon absorbed dose calorimeter
- 1. Academia Sinica, Urumqi (China). Xinjiang Inst. of Physics
Description
The structure and electrical calibration principle of a silicon absorbed dose calorimeter are described. Specific-heat capacity of silicon as the electrical calibration factor of the calorimeter at different temperature ranging from 0 degree C to 35 degree C is given. Its error is also discussed
