To the thermodynamics of interaction of niobium and tantalum chlorides with hydrogen and carbon
Description
The main regularities of processes of niobium and tantalum reduction from pentachlorides and formation of their carbides are detected. Equilibrium compositions of the systems Me(Nb, Ta)-Cl-H and Me(Nb, Ta)-Cl-C-H, yield of final products and energy consumption in the temperature range 1000-5000 K are calculated
