Calculation of the thermonuclear reaction rate in a high-temperature plasma
Description
The problem of corpuscular diagnostics of a high-temperature plasma often use the data on thermonuclear reaction rate. The purpose of the study is to relate the parameters determining the slowly alternating energy function of relativistic motion of reacting particles with those that govern the temperature dependence of reaction rate. While solving the problem the authors use the fact that at low energy of relativistic motion the reaction cross section is negligible due to a small probability of under-barrier transition
