Description
The International Nuclear Event Scale (INES) is shortly presented. Its application field is events in civil or military nuclear installations, or during radioactive materials transport. Events scale is going from one (anomaly) to seven (major accident). Classification is done in function of three criterions: consequences outside the site, consequences inside the site and degradation of the depth defense lines of the installation. (A.B.). 1 tab
