Elastic deuteron scattering and optical model parameters at energies up to 100 MeV
- 1. Institut fuer Kernphysik, Kernforschungsanlage Juelich, D-5170 Juelich, Federal Republic of Germany
Description
Differential cross sections of elastic scattering of deuterons on the target nuclei /sup 27/Al, /sup 89/Y, /sup 120/Sn, and /sup 208/Pb were measured at E/sub d/ = 58.7 MeV and E/sub d/ = 85 MeV. ''Best-fit'' parameters in terms of the phenomenological optical model were extracted from the data including in addition differential cross section and analyzing power data from the literature. A set of global optical potential parameters is derived
