Analysis and solution of tripping function failure of fuel assembly gripper
Description
Gripping device is a core part of the refueling machine, its reliability has great significance for the safety and stability of refueling operation. Unable tripping failure has a certain impact on refueling operation. With the gripping device of Qinshan nuclear power plant as the target, the failure phenomenon was described, combined with the maintenance experience. The reasons of key component defect were analyzed in detail, the troubleshooting methods were summarized to provide reference for similar failure. (author)
