Comparison between ductile and brittle creep behaviour in liquid sodium
Description
The lack of effect on creep on rupture behavior in a Cr1Mo is compared with Alloy 800. The contrast is attributed to different creep mechanisms. Liquid sodium aggravates brittle behavior of Alloy 800 by interaction with grain boundary creep damage. 11 refs
