- 1. National Inst. of Health Sciences, Tokyo (Japan)
Description
It paid attention to the combination process to the main organization adaptability antigen of the medicine connective peptide, and an original allergen examination method was developed. This method can obtain the result within 1 to 3 days including the medicine processing of the peptide. In addition, the examination method is thought to be useful for the prediction of the allergen, since the method can be applied to the medicine that did not have the revitalization radical for which the metabolic activation was necessary in connecting the protein and peptide.
