Preparation, quality control and application of sup(99m)Tc-gluco-ene-diolate for renal scanning

Description
A one-step freeze-dried Sn-glucose kit was developed to be labelled with technetium-99m. TLC, paper chromatography and gel chromatography column scanning techniques (GCS) were used for the determination of the labelling yield of the complex. High radiochemical purity was obtained (98%). In vivo distribution studies were performed in white rats. Maximum uptake in kidneys (28%) was achieved in 15-90 min. The blood disappearance curve studies of the labelled Sn(II)-gluco-ene-diolate in rabbits have shown two disappearance phases of activity from blood with biological half-times of 10 and 150 min for the fast and slow component respectively. Es wurde ein Einweg-Zinnglukose-Kit entwickelt, um mit Technetium-99m markiert zu werden. TLC, Papierchromatographie und Gel-Chromatographie-Saeulen-Scanning (GCS) wurden benutzt, um die Markierungsausbeuten des Komplexes zu bestimmen. Es wurde eine hohe radiochemische Reinheit erreicht (98%). In-vivo Verteilungsstudien wurden mit weissen Ratten durchgefuehrt. Nach 15-90 min wurde maximale Aufnahme in die Niere (28%) erreicht. Die Untersuchungen der Blutkonzentrationsabnahme-Kurven des markierten Zinn-2-Gluco-ene-dialat zeigten beim Kaninchen zwei Abnahmephasen der Aktivitaet mit biologischen Halbwertszeiten von 10 und 150 min fuer die schnelle bzw. langsame Komponente.
