Highlights: • Structural, optical, morphological, dielectric, impedance and magnetic behavior are studied. • Dielectric behavior of the prepared nanoferrites enhanced as the amount of La3+ ions increased. • Doping of La3+ions improves the radiation absorption properties of nanoferrites.
