Description

Results of an experimental investigation into the thermal properties of vanadium and chromium in solid and liquid states within 293-2400 K temperature interval are presented. Volume changes under melting are determined. A sharp growth of thermal expansion coefficient of solid chromium at temperatures exceeding 1600 K is detected
