De-carbonation barometer. How to de-carbonate deeply and without delay buildings, transports and industry?
Description
This study identified few key messages for the development of de-carbonation in different sectors. The authors discuss how to re-orient efforts towards relevant de-carbonation measures. These measures are assessed with respect to two indicators: the potential of reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, and the economic relevance of measures for the collectivity in terms of avoided CO2 tons. The authors also propose unavoidable measures to be implemented in the building, transport and industry sectors. They propose assessments of contributions and of costs of emission reductions in these sectors.
