Research and development activities in support of the CIRENE prototype reactor design

Description
This paper describes the work carried out and the main results obtained in the last three years by the R and D activities in support of the CIRENE prototype reactor design. They have been focused mainly on the study of system and component behaviour in anomalous operating conditions, to acquire the information needed for prototype reactor safety analysis.
