A method to measure the electron temperature and density for plasma parameters typical for the tomamak boundary region

Description
A method is proposed which allows to measure the plasma parameters in the tokamak scrape off layer typically n < = 1013 cm-3, Tsub(e) = 5-200 eV, Tsub(i) approximately Tsub(e). The measurement could be accomplished by replacing one or two limiters by special probe-limiters. (Auth.)
