Studying the accelerating structure for the MLUD-3 deuteron accelerator

Description

The results of adjustment of the accelerating system based on the H-resonator with variable phase focusing providing the acceleration of deuterons in the energy range from 0.15 to 3.3 MeV are presented. Characteristics of the accelerated beam are investigated. 65 mA current at 0.29 capture coefficient is obtained. 8 refs.; 3 figs
