Description

in order to investigate suitable dose of Roegneria, three species of Roegneria (R. kamoji R ciliaris R japonensis) were used tn this study. Mutation treatment contained 8 doses: CK (0 Gy), 50 Gy, 100 Gy, 150 Gy, 200 Gy, 250 Gy, 300 Gy and 400 Gy. dose-response equation of germination energy, seedling height, germination index, vigor index was set up by 'Multi-target single-hit' model, and medial lethal dose and lethal dose were estimated by dose-response equation and seedling height, respectively. These results indicated there are some difference of medial lethal dose among R. kamoji,R ciliaris R and japonensis. Their mean value are R. kamoji 69.91 ∼ 121.93 Gy, Rm 143.24 Gy and R japonensis 172.51 ∼ 176.81 Gy. This study may guide for mutation breeding of Roegneria herbage. (authors)
