Description

The authors have proposed previously a method for preparation of pH functionalized bis(dialkylamino)methylenephosphines (I), based on the selective cleavage of the P-Si bond in phospha-alkenes (R2N)2C-PSiMe3 by sterically shielded alcohols. In the present work they describe a new approach to the derivatives of dicoordinated phosphorus with the 2,3-diphosphadiene bond system consisting in the condensation of compounds (I) by reaction with bis(hexamethyldisilazido)mercury
