Corrosion characteristics of InSb acidic solutions

  • 1. California Inst. of Tech., Pasadena

Description

The effects of crystallographic orientation and surface structures on anodic and cathodic polarization of InSb were studied. An analysis of resulting data on electrochemical parameters is presented along with discussions of data on corrosion potential as function of pH, and hydrogen evolutions vs pH. (U.S.)
