Prehistory effect on dielectric properties of NaNbO3-Gd1/3NbO3

Description
One studied the low- and the infralow-frequency dielectric response of 0.9NaNbO3-0.1Gd1/3NbO3 (NNG10) composition ceramics and single crystal at the material different prehistory. One revealed the differences in the nature of dielectric aging in NaNbO3 antiferroelectric base material with a diffused phase transition in contrast to manifestation of similar phenomena in ferroelectrics-relaxors

Исследован низко- и инфранизкочаcтoтный диэлектрический отклик керамики и монокристалла состава 0.9NаNbO3-0.1Gd1/3NbO3 (NNG10) при различной предыстории материала. Выявлены отличия в характере диэлектрического старения в материале с размытым фазовым переходом на основе антисегнетоэлектрика NаNbO3 по сравнению с проявлением подобных явлений в сегнетоэлектриках-релаксорахAdditional details
