Description

Analysis of experimental and theoretical data on cross sections of elastic and inelastic scattering of electrons on ozone molecules is carried out. Cross sections set of electrons interaction with ozone molecules for calculations of electron distribution function by energies in a low-temperature plasma in the area of E/N small values is proposed. Experimental data on coefficients of electron dissociative attachment mixtures of carbon dioxide and oxygen with ozone and in pure O3, obtained on the basis of measurements in a drift tube, made it possible to provide for standardization of cross section sets within the range of electron low energies u ≤ 1.5 eV and calculation of the constant of dissociative attachment and vibrational excitations as well as the temperature and rate of electron drift within the range of E/N < 15 Td in pure ozone. 22 refs., 5 figs
