Methodology of enquiries into disease clustering

Description

The experience of Sellafield has shown that the existing system of vital statistics was unable to identify and describe a localized clustering of disease. Eight papers and associated discussions are presented by different UK groups that hold small area cancer data and are working on methods to identify and describe clustering, particularly in relation to children. Leukemia itself and radiation are not included. (UK)
