Description
Extraction properties of a new class of boric acid extractants - triol monoalkyl ethers - are studied depending on extractants sructure and concentration, the volume ratio of aqueous and organic phase, pH of solution. It is shown, that these extractants are sufficiently effective for boric acid extraction from strong-acid media and chlorine-magnesium brines. Boron re-extraction may be performed using sodium hydroxide solutions
