Structural and electrophysical changes in the vicinity of the Curie point caused by the action of an ultra weak thermal neutron flux on deuterated triglycine sulfate crystals

Description
Effects of suppressing the spontaneous deformation (polarization) during interaction of ultra weak thermal neutron fluxes (In ∼ 30 n/(s x cm2)) with partially deuterated crystals of triglycine sulfate crystals near the Curie point during paraelectric-ferroelectric phase transition were revealed. The change in electrophysical properties of the crystals relates to anomalous increase in thermal neutrons capture probability near the Curie point and break of hydrogen bonds in them

Обнаружены эффекты подавления спонтанной деформации (поляризации) при взаимодействии ультраслабых потоков тепловых нейтронов (In ∼ 30 n/(с х см2)) с частично дейтерированными кристаллами триглицинсульфата в окрестности точки Кюри при фазовом переходе параэлектрик-сегнетоэлектрик.
