Simple processing method for radioactive wastes
Description
In the present invention, lumpy or powdery solid radioactive wastes are solidified and coated to make the transportation and processing safety, efficiently and a low cost. Lumpy or powdery solid radioactive wastes are solidified by a solidifying agent in a convertible type bottomed mold frame to form a solidification material. The solidification material is demolded, and a coating is applied to the outer circumference of the solidification material. Then, peeling of radioactive materials from the solid surface or contamination of the surface can be prevented, and the transportation and the processing can be conducted efficiently. (T.M.)
