Relativistic form factor in terms of wave functions of composite systems at rest

Description
A formalism based on the expansion of the boost operator over the coupling constant degrees is verified by the description of the relativistic form factor in terms of the wave functions of composite particles at rest. Calculation in the second perturbation order in QCD indicates a monopole decrease of a meson form factor at large transfer momentum
