Description
In Japan, the electric power generated by nuclear power in fiscal 1984, accounting for 22 % of the total including that generated by hydraulic and thermal power, is now playing an important role for maintaining and improving power supply. Toshiba, considering it an important obligation to cooperate with the power utilities for keeping stable plant operation, has established TOPS (Toshiba operating plant service) that improves the reliability, availability and maintainability.
