Radioecological consequences of war radioactive substances (WRS) testing at the former Semipalatinsk test site
Description
The paper presents information on work with WRS conducted at the former Semipalatinsk Test-Site (STS) in 1953-1957. Major attention in the paper is paid to the results of assessment of scale and level of radioactive contamination of locality and environmental sites due to ammunition tests with WRS at the south-west of the former STS.
