Monte Carlo simulation of the cross-luminescence excitation spectrum of CsBr
Description
It is shown, that to explain experimentally determined regularities of CsBr cross-luminescence one should assume that there are τr>>τp>τa inequalities (τr - time of emission transition, τp - time of hole electron-phonon relaxation in cation zone, τa - time of crossed Auger-transition with hole occurence in low part of this zone), as well as, strong effect of cation and valent zone spin-orbital splitting on τp and τa
