The research in physics in chemistry which can be performed using the spallation neutron source is described. This concerns the study of physical and chemical properties of rare nuclides, nucleon-nucleon interactions, neutrino interactions, and axions. (HSI)

Die Forschung in Physik und Chemie, welche unter Benutzung der Spallationsneutronenquelle durchgefuehrt werden kann, wird beschrieben. Diese betrifft die Untersuchung physikalischer und chemischer Eigenschaften seltener Nuklide, von Nukleon-Nukleon-Wechselwirkungen von Neutrinowechselwirkungen und von Axionen.
