Correlation dimension of density fluctuations in TBR-1
Description
Results are reported for the correlation dimension associated with density fluctuations measured by Langmuir probes placed in the scrape-off layer of the Tokamak TBR-1. From a judicious use of the Grassberger-Procaccia algorithm it is shown that there is a low-dimensional behavior in most of the analyzed signals. Findings are compared with previous results. (author)
