Description

Response planning reliability is an important part of human reliability analysis. In order to quantitatively evaluate response planning reliability, the causal conceptual model of operator's response planning reliability in digital control rooms was established by interviews with operators of a nuclear power plant. Furthermore, a quantitative evaluation procedure of response planning reliability was established to guide the quantitative risk assessment of response planning reliability, and a case was given to illustrate specific application of the established model or method. The results show that the evaluation model or method can provide new ideas and method support for the quantitative evaluation of operator's response planning reliability. (authors)
