Zur Rolle der Bruetertechnologie in der Nicht-Weiterverbreitungsdebatte, zur Entscheidung ueber Kalkar im europaeischen Kontext, zu den Moeglichkeiten der internationalen Zusammenarbeit und der Verbesserung der deutsch-amerikanischen Beziehungen und zur Notwendigkeit einer Politik der Selbstbeschraenkung im Nord-Sued-Konflikt werden hier in allgemeiner Form einige grundsaetzliche Gedanken eroertert.
