Description

Nuclear spin-lattice relaxation of 60Co in alloys with giant magnetic moments based on palladium and platinum is investigated by the nuclear orientation technique. The increase of the relaxation rate observed on transition from Pd99Co1 to Pt99Co1 differs sharply from the results for Pd and Pt nuclei in pure metals for which the relaxation rates are virtually the same
