Thermal annealing and ionic abrasion in ZnTe

Thermal annealing of the ZnTe crystal is studied first in order to obtain information on the aspect of the penetration profile. Ionic abrasion is then investigated to find out whether it produces the same effects as ionic implantation, especially for luminescence

On etudie tout d'abord le recuit thermique du cristal de ZnTe pour avoir des informations sur l'allure du profil de penetration. Ensuite on etudie l'abrasion ionique pour savoir si elle produit les memes effets que l'implantation ionique en particulier pour la luminescenceFiles
