Electric power from nuclear power stations of France

Description

At first sight it may seem to be a specific problem of the West German power industry. But careful analyses show the electricity imports or exports to be a problem of European shape. The article investigates the legal regulations governing electricity sales to other supply regions, electricity import regulations of the law of the EC, and the position of the competition within the electricity sector of industry with regard to the EC Treaty. Abstract (German)

Das vorliegende Thema koennte bei oberflaechlicher Betrachtung den Eindruck erwecken, dass es sich hierbei um ein spezifisch deutsches Problem handelt. Die Stromversorgung ist jedoch landesuebergreifend organisiert. Es bedarf daher einer sorgfaeltigen Analyse, ob und inwieweit Stromimporte ein Problem darstellen. Untersuchungsgegenstand dieses Beitrags sind die Rechtsordnungen, die den Stromabsatz in ein anderes Versorgungsgebiet regeln, die Stromimportregelungen nach dem EG-Recht sowie die Stellung von brancheninternem Wettbewerb beim Strom zum EWG-Vertrag.
