Photoionization of NH3 by synchrotron radiation

Description
Photoionization efficiency curve in 10.2-11.7 eV was measured by synchrotron radiation. An abundant autoionization structure superposed on 'step shaped' vibrational levels of NH3+ is observed. From the analysis of the corresponding vibrational structure, wavenumbers ωe and anharmonicity constants ωee were deduced. All autoionization features were classified as belonging to nsa1(n = 5,6), npa1(n = 5,6), and npe (n 6,7) Rydberg series
