Integrated experiment research of new steam generator

Description
Because of the complicacy of flow and heat transfer in steam generator (SG), it is necessary for SG integrated experiment to verify the design of ZH-65 SG. To confirm the natural circulation capacity and comprehensive performance of ZH-65 SG, the SG integrated experiment was carried out in the integrated experiment facility of Nuclear Power Institute of China. The experimental data including steam pressure, steam production, steam humidity, circulation ratio, resistance of feed water component and pressure drop of separator were obtained by steady-state experiment with power load. The static characteristics of ZH-65 SG are proved to be good. The transient-state performance of ZH-65 SG was deeply studied, and the results show that ZH-65 SG can meet the design requirements.
