Kinetic relations in recombination luminescence of calcium tungstate and magnesium borate

Description
Revealed and discussed are two principal experimental regularities for calcium tungstate roentgenoluminophor and magnesium borate thermoluminophor: quasiindependence of roentgenoluminescence kinetics and the ratio of probabilities of recombination and capture depending on the concentration of charge carriers accumulated on the luminescence and capture centres. The explanation proposed is based on the track (diffusion) model
