Description
Electron microscopy studies of the back side of 0.45% C-steel samples structure irradiated with nanosecond high current MeV-electron beam were carried out. The layered undersurface structure was found, and the diffraction analysis of every layer microstructure is presented. The most unusual structures were found in the layer of 0.15...0.20 μ thickness. The scheme of the surface layer structure of the back side of irradiated 0.45% C-steel is presented
