Description
In the experiment, we first use the X-ray thickness measuring platform in our laboratory to measure a sequence of the thickness of the steel plates in a different tube voltage, then put forward the equivalent μχ method and calibration method to analyze the experimental data respectively. For different tube voltages optimal thickness range are estimated, and we finally obtain the relationship between tube voltage and the thickness range for steel plate thickness measurement. These conclusions have important guiding significance for design of high precision X-ray thickness measuring equipment. (authors)
