Der Vortrag gliedert sich in eine Beschreibung der gesetzlichen und bestellten Strahlenschutzverantwortlichen, ihrer Qualifikationen, Pflichten und Rechte und bringt Anregungen zur Aenderung des Entwurfs, wobei hauptsaechlich auf die Rechtsstellung des bestellten Verantworlichen eingegangen wird.
