Characterization water quality service before and after entering the facility IPLR

Description

Operation activities facilities of the media are fully supported IPLR energy supply one of them service water. Control and analysis routine is one of the main factors determining the success of the operating system in IPLR process. PH value measurement was performed with a pH meter and conductivity measurements performed using the tool conductometer being dissolved cation analysis using atomic absorption spectrophotometry (AAS). In this activity, this analysis has been obtained by the characterization of pH, conductivity and dissolved cations specifications for sample water service. Results of the analysis showed that the conductivity and metals Ca, Fe, and Cu increased after entering processing facilities IPLR namely conductivity of 134 μs/cm to 207 μS/cm and increased cation dissolved to Ca from 15:36 ppm to 25.31 ppm, Fe not identified to be 0639 ppm, Cu of not identified to be 0172 ppm. The results of this analysis needs to be studied further on the possibility of corrosion in the piping system at IPLR facility. Thus the service quality monitoring process on the feed water facilities need to be carried out continuously to ensure the success of the operation process and assure the quality of media feeds supply in IPLR facility is maintained.
