Manufacture of Pressure Transmitter used in High Temperature
Description
In order to enable usability in high temperature (- 600℃), we remodeled normal temperature pressure transmitter through attaching special designed device. It is necessary to develop the pressure transmitter without supplement equipments, to install normal temperature pressure transmitter in experimental environmental conditions of high temperature sodium. Design of pressure transfer line, assembly works for pressure transfer line and pressure transmitter, manufacture of NaK, Correlation and measure the performance accuracy for high temperature transmitter. The works are the design first diaphram, analyze the heat transfer for the structure of pressure transfer line charged with NaK, and produce the prototype. A goal of this study for response in less than 600℃ was less than 5 seconds, and our actual response speed is 1.8 seconds. We set the goal for accuracy in less than 600℃ that less than 1%, and our actual accuracy is 0.027% in room temperature, and 1.135% in 530℃.
