Study of phase composition in plasma Al-B coatings

Description
Aluminium specimens with plasma coating of Al-B composition (1:1 ratio) are studied. It is shown that during application β-boron endures no structural changes. Matrix aluminium in the coating is in a form of particles of various oxidation degree. No component interaction is found. The advantage of the method consists in a possibility to apply the mentioned coating at varioUs ratio of the components
