BaWO4-BaCuO2-Y2Cu2O5 - 1010 section of the Y2O3-BaO-WO3-CuO system

Description

Phase equilibria are studied in a cross-section 11: BaWO4-Ba2CuWO6-BaCuO2-YBa2Cu3O7-δ-Y2Cu2O5 - 1010 (equimolar mixture of Y2WO6+Y2W3O12) of a quarternary system of Y2O3-BaO-WO3-CuO and cubic solid solution (css) fields are determined. The specimens are prepared by the method of solid-phase synthesis at 900 and 1000 Deg C. In the system of Y2O3-BaO-WO3-CuO at 1000 Deg C the following equilibrium subsystems with the participation of the cubic solid solution are detected: Ba2CuWO6-BaCuO2-CuO-css-L(melt), Ba2CuWO6-CuO-ss-BaWO4-css, CuO-BaCuO2-Y2BaCuO5-css-L, CuO-Y2WO6-Y2BaCuO5-css, ss-BaWO4-Y2WO6-Y2BaCuO5-css, CuO-Y2WO6-ss-BaWO4-css

Abstract (Russian)

Исследованы фазовые равновесия в сечении 11: BaWO4-Ba2CuWO6-BaCuO2-YBa2Cu3O7-δ-Y2Cu2O5 - 1010 (эквимолярная смесь Y2WO6+Y2W3O12) четверной системы Y2O3-BaO-WO3-CuO и определены области существования кубического твердого раствора (css). Образцы получены твердофазным синтезом при 900 и 1000 град С. В системе Y2O3-BaO-WO3-CuO при 1000 град С выделены следующие равновесные подсистемы, в которых участвует кубический твердый раствор: Ba2CuWO6-BaCuO2-CuO-css-L(расплав), Ba2CuWO6-CuO-ss-BaWO4-css, CuO-BaCuO2-Y2BaCuO5-css-L, CuO-Y2WO6-Y2BaCuO5-css, ss-BaWO4-Y2WO6-Y2BaCuO5-css, CuO-Y2WO6-ss-BaWO4-css
