Description
PbIn alloy surfaces were examined using photoemission spectroscopy with synchrotron radiation. Pb segregation was revealed in the surface subnanometer region. Pb concentration at the surface was observed to be higher by about 20 at.% than that of bulk for indium 38 at.% alloy. (author)
